Terms and Conditions Agreement for "Mortgage Rapid Repay Coaching Programme" Course

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rohit Ranchhod, Smart Brokers Ltd and the participant ("Participant," "you," or "your") of the "Mortgage Rapid Repay Coaching Programme" course ("Course"). By enrolling and participating in the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Description

The Course is a 5 module education program designed to provide participants with information, strategies, and techniques on how to pay off their mortgage in 7-10 years and grow their wealth. Additionally, upon enrolling in the Course, you will gain access to exclusive Q&A Zoom sessions hosted by Rohit Ranchhod and a private members group page “Pathway to Success”

During these Q&A Zooms, which occur monthly from your initial signup date, you will have the opportunity to engage with Rohit Ranchhod, a Financial Adviser with extensive experience. These Zoom sessions provide a group environment where participants can ask questions regarding their own financial situations and seek guidance.

The Q&A Zoom evening sessions are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM and typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the level of interest and engagement within the group.

Please note that the Q&A Zoom sessions are intended to supplement the Course material which provide educational information. They do not constitute personalised financial advice, and it is recommended that you consult with a qualified financial adviser or planner in New Zealand for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee that you will pay off more off your loan in 90 days than you would’ve in a whole year and if you don’t achieve this we will give you a full refund.

You must notify Rohit Ranchhod in writing at support@smartbrokers.co.nz with your evidence.
You must have completed all the modules and followed the course to be eligible for the refund.

Note that refunds will only be issued to participants who meet this criteria.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, and any accompanying resources, are the intellectual property of Smart Brokers Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. By enrolling in the Course, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Course materials without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable information in the Course; however, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information provided. The Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on the information provided in the Course, and Rohit Ranchhod or Smart Brokers Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from your participation in the Course.
